Do you need to diet?

Here at Adventures in Weight Loss, we don’t believe in dieting for dieting’s sake.

There may be many reasons why you do need to diet and certainly should. That might include things such as:

· You are seriously overweight and fear for your health

· You are slightly overweight and simply want to trim off a little bit in order to fit into those expensive clothes in your wardrobe a little more easily

· You’re trying to get fitter and shedding a kilo or two will help you on your way.

There are many other reasons why you may have decided to consider weight loss programs, including ours.

Yet let us be clear at the outset, if we don’t think that you should be dieting we will tell you.

Part of our programme involves collecting information about you and taking some blood tests. It may be that as a result of that, we believe that your weight is perfectly proportional to your height and other medical factors. So, a diet would be unnecessary and perhaps even slightly detrimental to your overall wellbeing.

If that’s the case, we’ll have that open and frank discussion with you because, rather than simply persuading you to progress through to the benefits of our dieting approach, your physical and psychological wellbeing is our primary concern.

Of course, the vast majority of our customers certainly would benefit from losing an amount of weight and you can see some of the fantastic results available in our success stories.
